A trained co-active coach, I've been active in social justice and change movements for over 15 years. I am a mentor and active guide to help organizations and individuals reach their goals and stay true to their values. Described by others as “a natural teacher”, I led nonviolence trainings and workshops for the Michigan Peace Team for over seven years as well as teaching university level leadership courses before relocating to Portland, Oregon.  I live in SE Portland with my partner of fifteen years, my amazing 6 year-old son and a very peculiar black cat.
